Here is a day where the bride and groom made sure that every detail was perfect, so everyone including them could just enjoy the celebration of their union.

They tell us about the process to create that day. The images also testify how much love and time they gave to make this party happen.

Why did you choose the Boissy domain for your wedding?

We were looking for an authentic venue around Paris in a rural environment. We found it during our first visit and it really struck us.

Who was your hair dresser and how did you choose her?

I went to Jeanine Delcaourt studio, who was recommended by my hair dresser in Paris. She is

 very professional and is amazing at doing buns.

Delphine chose a low bun with platted curls and a few fresh old-fashioned roses to ornament it.

Where did you buy your wedding dress?  Did you use the same boutique for the groom suit, shoes and other accessories?

I bought my wedding dress at “Juste un Baiser”, which is a boutique in Versailles. The sellers are really kind and know how to advise you with your budget and body shape.

They offer a wide range of elegant and subtle dresses. I chose “Marylise dress Neptune model”, which I personalised by adding lace from shoulders falling down to the middle of the dress.

I purchased my shoes at “Dessine moi un soulier”, which does tailor made shoes.

The groom ordered a tailored made blue suit from “Samsom” in Paris. His shoes were from “Septieme Largeur” (Paris).

This beautiful pair of shoes is Richelieu style is made of real leather with fading browns.

Who was your florist? Which theme did you follow?

The florist was “Cote Fleur” at Etrapagny. The theme was country vintage with tones of pinks.

This very lovely florist made a beautiful and creative bouquet by mixing roses, blackberries, hydrangeas, peony…

A stunning and well balanced association.

Can you talk about your “bucolic” theme?

It is inspiring and full of poetry. When you think about “bucolic” it implies at the same time “nature, “wood”, “floral”, “romanticism” and “joy”.

Is there any more detail you could share? (such as the personalized hangers, the pink ray bans for the bridesmaids, the candy bar, the grid with the names of the guests to find their table, the gifts for the guests, the old fashion car…)

We got our inspiration from our theme “bucolic”.

We gave to each of our guests some flower seeds, we made our table map with a chicken grid and decorated it with ivy and roses, a candy bar with old fashion sweet jars, boxes filled with cakes on wooden crates or log and moss.

We wanted to bring in many authentic details, such as the home made rum; infused in ginger and fruits by the bride, or the old fashion yellow car driven by one of our friends.

And what about the photographer?
