Isabelle and Sasha came all the way from Germany with their two sons (2 and 4 years old) to visit New Zealand and Fiji. While in Fiji they decided it was the perfect opportunity to elope! Here are Isabelle’s words about their magical day at the Sheraton, Denarau  :

Why did you choose the Sheraton? How was your experience with the resort?

There were several reasons:
– ratings on booking.com, kids club and the possibility to use the three hotels (Westin unfortunately under construction when we were there)
– price
– we used to stay at Sheraton, Westin Grand etc (former SPG hotel) thus we like these hotels
– After spending three weeks in a camper van in New Zealand we did not want to have a long transfer from the airport to the resort

Any tips to give for future brides about getting married in Fiji?

Relax and enjoy, dive into the Fijian lifestyle!

How did you enjoy the day?

It was a once in a lifetime experience. We spent the morning with the kids and then got ready for the ceremony, photo session and dinner on the beach. The atmosphere and the surroundings made it just a perfect day for us.

Where did your flowers come from?

The hotel organized them.

What about hair and make-up?

The hotel recommended me Lodo and it was the best choice ever. I had such a great time getting ready and our wonderful photographer knew Lodo as well. This made everything very smooth and relaxing after exiting days not knowing if the vow renewal would take place due to weather conditions.

How was your experience with the photographer?

We would always book Anais again. It was just perfect, she created such great pictures as memory of this unforgettable and special day for our family. On the top of the wonderful pictures, Anais was always available before and after the wedding day and supported us with tips and recommendations. This is definitely an extra service which we highly appreciated and did not expect. We are very thankful for her support.
