Tips for your couple photo shoot
Here is a few tips for you to get ready for your engagement or couple session and make the most of it. First of all it’s important to pick
up the right location : one that is meaningful for you two. It can be a park, somewhere in the city : an area, a restaurant or by the beach, by a river… Once you have chosen I will tell you what is the best time for the location depending on the light.
What if it rains?
If it’s too much rain best may be to re schedule. If it’s just a few shower it can actually be really beautiful with some dramatic and powerful clouds and light. I also can borrow you a very pretty transparent umbrella and you could bring some stylish gumboots in case. And some wind in your hair, dress and scarf will just be beautiful. Engagement shoots are not as formal as wedding so let’s keep it be fun, simple and creative.
Your check list before the shoot
– Pamper yourself (hair and make up)
– Bring a couple of confortable and pretty clothing option (each) and a couple of pair of shoe (of for walking and a pretty 
one). Formal or casual solid colours are a must. Avoid too much black (sad). Wear complementary colours (let me know what you will be wearing so I can tell you what will be complementary or have a look at the image here).
– Feel free to bring some accessories (such as letter that make your names or a book or letter that would be meaningful to you or a heart, flowers, pic nick basket, hearts, bubbles,
mirrors, a hammock that we could hang somewhere, a nice blanket, …) but don’t overthink it.
– Keep your jewellery ultrasimple, don’t forget your engagement ring!
